1. Where are you located?
We are a Jakarta-based online store and Event Stylist.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! But our High-Res Printables Design Files may be downloaded and
printed at your personal convenience.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For Custom Products & Printables Designs:
Once we receive your payment, we will begin production immediately. Custom designs will require a minimum of 3 (three) working days to draft, upon which we will email you for your approval. Because this is a time- consuming process, we advise that you to settle your order at least 2 (two) weeks before the date of your event.
For Ready-Stock Party Supply Products:
Most of our packages ship out the next business day. However, we advise that you plan for 3-4 business days for order processing. Planning for this extra time allows us to ensure that you receive your order with enough time to prepare for your event. If you reside in Jakarta, you may also pick up your order at our office (Open Monday to Friday from 9.00am – 06.00pm).
4. Can I order Helium Balloons?
Yes you can! There is a minimum order of 30 balloons and delivery fee should you want them delivered to you, but there is no minimum quantity for helium balloon orders that you plan to pick up from our office.

6. What is your shipping policy?
• All domestic shipments are sent through JNE. deliveries outside Jakarta will take about 2-6 business days.
• Orders are processed on weekdays only (Monday - Friday, 09:00 to 17:00).
• Maximum payment transfer time is 15.00. Payments made after this time will be shipped the following day.
• Delivery within Jakarta will take about 1-3 business days; No deliveries will be made on on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
